Steel Challenge

The steel challenge is open to everyone and any handgun may be used with no

restrictions on caliber. There will be 5-7 various stages and the round count

should be around 60 rounds.

Scoring: Each stage will be scored off time and hits. There is no limit on how

many rounds you fire per stage. Time will start at the sound of the buzzer and

end when the stop plate is hit. You will be penalized 7 seconds for every target

that was not hit before the stop plate.

Items needed: handgun, ammo, eye and ear protection, and a holster is

recommended but not required. However, stages where a holster is required

and shooter does not have one, the shooter will start with the handgun on a

table and unloaded. We have eye and ear protection available for a fee if needed.

These events are designed to have a lot of fun shooting at all metal targets. We

encourage everyone to come out and join us for these events. You will have the

opportunity to meet some great people who love the shooting sport.

Prizes will be awarded for 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place each time.
