CARBINE READINESS COURSE

                        CREEKSIDE FIRING RANGE

This course is designed to make the shooter get faster target acquisition and

be able to shoot and move while performing reloads. This will be a very demanding

course both mentally and physically. You and your equipment will be pushed to

make the shooter understand the importance of set up and maintenance. You will

be required to shoot iron sights in parts of the course even though you may have optics.

I know a lot of people want to know all about the course upfront and my background.

I am not going to get into all that. For the ones that know me, you already know.

I am not teaching the course to make a name for myself. I am teaching the course to

help shooters become more proficient. The course will last a minimum of 8 hours and

probably go longer. The round count will be a minimum of 500 rounds. If you bring more,

we will shoot all you want.

We will cover different techniques of gun handling, shooting in different positions,

engaging multiple targets while on the move.

You will need a carbine type gun and a back up would not be a bad idea. If you do

not want to get dirty or your gun to get dirty or possibly scratched then this is not the course.
