Tactical Rifle Match

 

 

 

*   There will be two classes optics and irons and prizes will be awarded in each class to the top finishers. The entry fee is $20.00.
 

 

* You will need to be checked in no later than 9:15 a.m. Course of fire will be between 150 and 160 rounds. Bring 200 and you will be safe.

 

*Heavy guns(.308, 30.06) will be required to hit the kill zone with on shot where the light guns will be required two.

 

*Chamber flags will be required in all guns at all times until the RO tells you to load and make ready. We have chamber flags available if you don’t have them.

 

*You will need a minimum of four magazines. You will be required to retain your magazines while running the stages.

 

*You can run any rig you want to run. Mag couplers, mag funnels, etc. Just no beta mags

 

*There will be no switching optics during the match. You can have more than one mounted but it has to be mounted at the start of the match. No lasers will be allowed.     

 

*There will be no steel core ammo shot on the 100 yard stage. If you penetrate the targets you just bought it.

 

 

            The tactical rifle match will be set up for any rifle that you may want to bring. We will have an optic class and an iron sight class. There will be between 5 to 7 stages and each stage will be set up with various firing points. Some will be static and some will require you to shoot and move. You will fire between 100 and 150 rounds depending on the stages that are set up. You will be engaging metal and paper targets during the stages and shooting around various obstacles. Some stages will be close range and some stages will have distances up to 100 plus yards. Be prepared to shoot from the prone and standing positions and perform magazine changes as well. The primary objective of this match will be safety first, have a lot of fun, and meet people who enjoy the shooting sport. If you have any questions feel free to contact us at anytime.
